Alexandra Krens, RIC, serves as a Primary Therapist I for Mission Connection Healthcare. She is a Resident in Counseling specialized in utilizing CBT, DBT and ACT to treat a variety of mental health conditions, bringing 3 years of experience working with adults in outpatient and partial hospitalization settings.
Alexandra believes that healing happens when we see we are not alone in our struggles. She creates a safe, collaborative space where clients can see their stories reflected in each other, and learn the skills they need to build the life they want. Outside of the office, Alexandra enjoys baking, spending time in nature, and playing board games.
