David Munce is the Chief Operating Officer and one of the original founders of AMFM Healthcare. Since the organization’s inception, he has played a pivotal role in shaping its clinical vision and guiding the development of its three service lines: A Mission for Michael (adult residential), Mission Prep (adolescent residential), and Mission Connection (intensive outpatient program). Under his leadership, AMFM Healthcare has grown into a nationally recognized provider known for its clinical excellence, compassionate care, and innovative programming.
With more than a decade of experience in the behavioral health field, David brings both personal insight and professional expertise to his role. He has held leadership positions across admissions, program development, and operations, giving him a unique perspective on the full continuum of care. His deep knowledge of recovery, combined with ongoing education in human services, has informed the creation of evidence-based, client-centered programs that consistently deliver meaningful outcomes.
As COO, David oversees the design and implementation of AMFM Healthcare’s clinical programming, ensuring that each service line reflects the highest ethical standards and a commitment to treating clients and families with dignity and respect. His passion lies in building programs that empower individuals to heal, thrive, and achieve lasting recovery.
