Hallie Rossin Welsch, ACSW, serves as a Primary Therapist I for Mission Connection Healthcare. She is an EMDR-trained therapist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) who draws from attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, somatic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Hallie believes that true healing and understanding lie in looking beyond surface-level symptoms to explore what’s underneath.

Hallie wholeheartedly believes that finding peace and living a fulfilling life are within reach and views therapy as a path through which turmoil and uncertainty can give way to balance and clarity. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to individual needs. In her free time, Hallie enjoys reading, practicing yoga and meditation, and hiking.
