Madeline Birer

Madeline Birer, ACSW, serves as a Primary Therapist I for Mission Connection Healthcare. She is an Associate Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, and expressive arts therapy. She brings two years of experience working with teens, using a blend of CBT, DBT, and creative, person-centered approaches to support emotional expression and healing.

She approaches therapy with a calm, grounded presence and a belief that healing grows through creativity, curiosity, and connection. Madeline incorporates mindfulness, creative exploration, and body-calming techniques to help teens connect with their inner experiences and build skills for resilience. Outside of the office, Madeline enjoys making art, exploring music, and spending time at the beach with her dog.
