Robbie Parrott is the chief financial officer at AMFM Healthcare. Joining the organization in 2025, Robbie brings more than fifteen years of experience in healthcare finance and operations, supporting mission-driven organizations in strengthening financial performance and enabling sustainable growth.

In his role as CFO, Robbie leads the financial strategy for AMFM Healthcare and its family of programs, including adult residential treatment, adolescent residential care, and intensive outpatient services. He is responsible for overseeing financial planning, revenue cycle management, budgeting, and analytics, ensuring that the organization’s financial infrastructure supports both operational excellence and high-quality clinical care.

Prior to joining AMFM Healthcare, Robbie held leadership positions at several prominent healthcare systems, including Mount Sinai Health System, Emory Healthcare, MedStar Health, and Adventist HealthCare. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer at Clarvida, where he led transformative initiatives to modernize financial reporting systems, enhance budgeting processes, and improve data-driven decision-making.

With a strong background in business planning, process improvement, and healthcare analytics, Robbie is known for his ability to align financial strategy with organizational mission. His work focuses on building scalable systems that increase access to care while maintaining financial sustainability in a rapidly evolving behavioral healthcare landscape.

Robbie holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill. He believes that empathy and a solution-oriented mindset are essential qualities in healthcare leadership, and he is committed to supporting both clinical excellence and meaningful outcomes for individuals and families.
