Shatoya Snell serves as a Client Support Coordinator for Mission Connection Healthcare. She is a dedicated professional who has been supporting clients through their transition into treatment for over a year. As the first point of contact after admissions, Shatoya helps clients feel welcomed and informed by clearly explaining the program, introducing them to virtual groups, and guiding them through the intake process with confidence and understanding.

Shatoya enjoys providing training and support to strengthen her team and enhance the overall client experience. Based on the East Coast, she is fairly new to her state of residence and enjoys exploring nearby cities, attending outdoor events, and connecting with new experiences in her free time.
