Mental Wellness, Wherever You Are
Get professional mental health support without disrupting your life. Our virtual program connects you with high-quality care from wherever you’re most comfortable—home, work, or on the go. Same trusted care. More flexibility.
Support That Adapts to You
With our hybrid mental health program, you can blend virtual and in-person sessions to match your schedule. Get reliable, personalized support—wherever and however works best for you.
Connect In Person
Meet with experienced providers in a peaceful, distraction-free setting designed to support healing. Our in-person program offers personalized care and the opportunity to build a strong, ongoing relationship with your provider.
Our PHP offers intensive mental health care for those needing more support than weekly therapy but not full hospitalization. Participants receive structured, personalized treatment while returning home each evening.
What to expect:
It was a great and supportive program overall the staff and therapists were great. I had a great experience with everyone overall and a positive experience, with my peers.
I’m ready and prepared to leave the program. I’m proud of myself for completing the program to the best of my abilities. I feel consistent, I feel capable of maintaining this progress.
I really liked it; I wished I could have attended more groups; I especially liked Dr. Ike’s group; I found journaling helpful — even though it’s not my preference.

Typically, a person should bring comfortable clothing, toiletries, and any necessary medications. Many facilities prohibit items like sharp objects, alcohol, or illegal drugs. It’s important to check the specific facility’s rules on personal items before admission. You can find an extended packing list available for your convenience.
Patients are usually monitored by a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and counselors. Regular check-ins, medication management, and one-on-one therapy sessions ensure that the patient’s mental health is closely observed and that any necessary adjustments to the treatment plan are made. In more intensive programs, 24-hour supervision may be provided.
We offer comprehensive aftercare services, including ongoing therapy, support groups, and referrals to community resources. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition back to everyday life and continued support in maintaining mental wellness. Clients can transition to an outpatient program after inpatient programming if desired.
