PHP
Our Mission Connection partial hospitalization program (PHP) empowers adults to improve their quality of life through clinical groups and individual therapy sessions. At this level of care, clients return home at night and on the weekends, but work extensively with licensed professionals to build and restore personal growth and development.
Individuals in our PHP attend six hours of treatment each day, Monday through Friday, for a total of 30 hours of outpatient programming. Our PHP in Seattle offers in-person and hybrid programming for accessibility.
IOP
The intensive outpatient program (IOP) in Seattle, WA, is a more flexible level of care, with evening groups available outside of your daily schedule to accommodate fitting clinical support into your daily life. Individuals in our IOP attend three hours of treatment between three and five days each week.
Our lives don’t simply stop when we need to pause and get help facing mental health conditions, and our IOP, with both hybrid and in-person options, offers the opportunity to bring compassionate treatment into your life on a more relaxed schedule than an inpatient care facility.
