Charnei Washington, LMFT-A, serves as a Clinical Director for Mission Connection Healthcare. She is a dynamic behavioral health leader with extensive experience guiding teams in high-acuity and crisis care settings. She holds a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy and a Certificate in Sex Therapy from Antioch University Seattle, along with bachelor’s degrees in Children’s Studies and in Gender, Women’s & Sexuality Studies from Eastern Washington University.

Her clinical approach is deeply trauma-informed, multicultural and person-centered, and she innately believes that people have the power to heal from within by motivating their internal strengths. Charnei is passionate about fostering safe and equitable spaces for both clients and teams, while advancing responsive behavioral health services.
